The following is an outline of the three stages, focus, and actitivies of the NCDB college and professional development and recruitment program.  For the older players, the program stage is tailored to their specific needs, skill sets, and potential post-high school playing opportunities.

The outline describes a typical process but shouldn't be viewed as the exact timing or how the process will work for each individual.  Situations with teams and skill levels of players may dictate different timing and approach.
